Durante la jornada \u201cDestino gastron\u00f3mico y espiritual de la regi\u00f3n del Tren Maya\u201d, el especialista gastron\u00f3mico Dr. Antonio Montecinos Torres, explic\u00f3 la importancia de esta iniciativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Montecinos Torres se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cel turismo gastron\u00f3mico promueve el incremento territorial gracias a su capacidad de atraer turistas a las zonas productoras, configur\u00e1ndose como un aliado del turismo de proximidad en los espacios rurales\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs interesante ver c\u00f3mo algunos destinos se han ido posicionando gracias a su patrimonio cultural gastron\u00f3mico material e inmaterial. Tenemos que entender que la gastronom\u00eda es mucho m\u00e1s que comer y beber, tenemos que centrarnos en un territorio.
