The app was joint development of the Bolivian Government and the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It offers short phrases and dialogues in the Quechua, Aymara and Guaran\u00ed languages to facilitate communication to tourists who visit communities and attend indigenous cultural activities.
