Officials from Cape Town and Table Mountain Cable-Car announced on monday that they will work together to ensure that the natural wonder is more accessible to a greater number of South Africans, as well as to enrich the experience of the visitors.
‘South Africa’s main tourist attractions should encourage national tourism through greater accessibility, affordability and local-oriented offers’ said Wahida Parker, the General Director of Table Mountain Cable-Car. Her desire is to make this natural wonder more accessible to the elderly, the young, the local heroes and those marginalized by the society.
