The Vietnam Airlines Group (VNA) announced an increase in the frequency of its 30 domestic routes beginning from March 28 to promote regional tourism in the country that hosts Ha Long Bay, one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

According to the official announcement, the airline will add from 280 to 400 flights, which means 56.000 to 80.000 extra seats per day. The new frequencies will connect 15 domestic destinations, including major cities and tourist attractions including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Da Lat, Cam Ranh, and Phu Quoc.

As a way to promote the new policy, the group launched several promotional offers for passengers buying tickets during the last week of March.
