The country home to the Iguazú Falls -one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature- and to the Natural 7 Wonders of Argentina had its own stand at the recognized tourism fair in Spain with the aim of promoting its new existing offers.

The delegation was headed by the Minister of Tourism of the Nation, Matías Lammens, and the executive secretary of the National Institute for Tourism Promotion, Ricardo Sosa, who highlighted that there were “two very great benefits, having had a very good experience in the domestic tourism as well as having a government and a private sector that works hard and looks to the medium and long term. We are preparing for the day after, when we can progressively receive tourists”.

According to what was stated in the official release, “Argentina’s participation in the fair was aimed at generating business to stimulate foreign investment in the face of the post-pandemic and to reactivate international tourism when the borders open and sanitary conditions allow it. It also served to show foreign companies the different actions that have been carried out and that continue in order to show and ensure the health of tourists”.
