The flight will be operated by JetSMART airlines.
Airports in Peru (AdP) and JetSMART announced the start of operations of the Lima-Iquitos route, which seeks to increase air connectivity between the regions of Peru. This, in turn, will help reactivate the tourism sector.
“Working with JetSMART allows us to continue promoting connectivity between regions, which is our priority and a purpose for the projects we have as part of Peru’s Airports,” said AdP’s Business Development Manager, Ernesto Di Laudo.
The Lima-Iquitos route, which JetSMART operates, will have five weekly frequencies at night. For the flights, the airline will use its fleet of Airbus 320 aircrafts, which have a capacity of 186 passengers.
