For this place inspired by love, the Annual Cultural Festival “Taj Mahotsav” that took place, as every year, for 10 days (from February 18 to 27) in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, has been held since 1992. And is considered one of the most mass and representative of India.

From the Ministry of Tourism of India they indicated that this 10 -day carnival is actually a vibrant platform that gives attendees, information from India, where you can find the rich arts, crafts, cultures, kitchen, dance and music of India.

“Taj Mahal is the most beautiful historical place in India who talks about the incredible India. And Taj Mahotsav is organized by the Taj Mahotsav Committee presented by the AGRA Division Commissioner,” they detailed.

In itself, throughout the year, the Taj Mahal- one of the New 7 Wonders of the World- already attracts thousands of tourists every day, but with this festival, the visits increase significantly for 10 days and even little before and after that date.

The organizers commented that the event offers musical concerts by renowned national artists, live performances, and more than 400 positions of the richest crafts.

In addition, the parades headed by Indian elephants, dresses for the occasion, as well as adorned camels that parade during the festival. To this is added other activities such as children’s games, amusement park and plays with typical dishes of the region.
