For three days, the province of Misiones – cradle of the shocking Iguazú Falls – was promoted into one of the most important tourist glass windows in the world in the B2B field. In the stand of Argentina, next to the public and private sector, and mainly in front of the German and European market, the place stood out for its unparalleled offer of nature.
In a shared effort between the Ministry of Tourism of Misiones and the Iturem of Puerto Iguazú, the red earth stood out at the International Tourism Fair ITB Berlin 2025, recognized worldwide as the B2B platform with the greatest offer and relevance of the tourism sector of the planet.
The province of Misiones shared space with other provinces of the country within the stand of Argentina, through the National Institute of Tourism Promotion (INPROTUR) and where the CAT also participated, since the Argentine private sector marked an important presence in the stand.
At the stand of the Argentine Republic, an average of 500 business meetings per day was maintained, which adds up to just over 1500 direct professional contacts who were interested in the destinations and the offer of our country.
In the place and in front of the German and European market mainly, the red earth stood out for its unparalleled offer of nature, as the cradle of the impressive Iguazú Falls – one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature in the world.
In this way, reinforcing its international presence, the red land was presented as a sustainable destination, which offers the possibility of living the natural experience available throughout the province, combined with its exquisite regional gastronomy and the warmth of the missionaries.
Both tour operators, as well as agencies, journalists specialized in tourism, influencers and others, were shocked by the images of Paraná jungle, and the jumps and waterfalls that are found throughout the missionary territory. And they consulted about the various services in the different places of the province, expressing a marked interest in our red land.
