A month of musical attractions, theater and celebration of nature promises to enchant visitors between November and December.
The end of the year will shine with its own light in the Iguazu National Park. The home of the Iguazu Falls – one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature – will host a complete Christmas program, prepared by Urbia+Cataratas, to transform the visitors’ trip into an unforgettable experience, combining culture, emotion and the power of nature.
From November 23 to December 26, those who visit the Iguazu Falls will be able to experience unique moments with musical presentations, thematic atmospheres and the unpublished show “Cataratas de Navidad- La Canción de las Aguas”, which marks the highlight of the program, with the world’s first aquatic orchestra.
Christmas Falls Show
La Canción de las Aguas- from December 4 to 7, the Iguazú National Park will be the scene of a musical that unites theater, music and nature in an incomparable environment. From 6:00 p.m., visitors will embark on the Visitor Center to live a sensory journey following Sifras, a child in search of his own voice, in the middle of the immensity of the Iguazú Falls.
The soundtrack will be in charge of the Hydro Water Show, the artistic branch of the Paraguayan group Sonidos de la Tierra, the world’s first orchestra to use aquatic instruments.
Consesions limited to only 200 people per night, the show promises four days of pure magic. Tickets are already available on the official website of the place, at a price of R$ 200 (real).
Musical Program Included in the Entrance to the Park
On selected days, Christmas choirs and presentations will invade the Iguazú National Park, reinforcing the festive and charming atmosphere of this time of year.
The presentations will take place at 10:00 a.m. at the Visitor Center and in the first viewpoint of the Falls Trail, inviting visitors to live Christmas in harmony with the energy of nature. Closing of the presentations:

In this regard, the executive director of Urbia Cataratas, Mario Macedo Junior, said that the program consolidates a new positioning for the park during this time of year: “We want to transform the Iguazú and Foz do Iguaçu National Park into a Christmas destination, aligning this special moment with the parties and the high season. Our Christmas honors the identity of the park: shared moments, positive energy and a genuine connection with the preserved nature”.
