Preliminary data published by the Central Bank show that tourism revenues increased by 3.4% in October 2025, reaching 600.8 million dollars, compared to a decrease of 5.5%, to 581.2 million dollars, in the same month of the previous year.

As a result, tourism revenues increased by 6.5% during the first ten months of 2025, reaching $6,553.6 million, compared to a decrease of 4.4%, to $6,152.9 million, during the same period of the previous year. This increase is attributed to a 14.1% increase in the number of tourists.

According to Jordan News, the data indicate an increase in tourism revenues during the first ten months of 2025 from Asian (34.6%), European (31.8%), American (17.1%), Arab (3.5%) and other nationalities (34.0%) nationalities, while income from Jordanian expatriates decreased by 1.2%.

The data also show a 5% increase in the issuing tourist spending during the first ten months of 2025, reaching 1,741.2 million dollars. In October 2025 alone, issuer spending increased by 12%, reaching $151.9 million.
