Fitur 2027 with Puerto Rico as Partner Country

Puerto Rico will star in 2027 at the International Tourism Fair as a Partner Country, as announced at the country’s stand by Daniel Martínez, executive vice president of Ifema Madrid, and Jennifer González Colón, governor of Puerto Rico.

The collaboration agreement by which Puerto Rico will hold the FITUR 2027 Partner Country category during the 47th edition of the Madrid International Tourism Fair, will provide the country with a strategic opportunity to strengthen its international visibility, boost the promotion of its tourist proposal and consolidate its global projection, after closing a year 2025 of tourist records with more than 6.8 million arrivals at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, an increase of 3% compared to 2024, according to data from Discover Puerto Rico.
