The Amazon Rainforest is one of Earth’s great natural treasures, supporting an extraordinary diversity of plants, animals, and ecosystems across its immense landscape.
Its global importance was recognised when people around the world voted it as a New7Wonder of Nature, chosen in a global campaign with over 500 million votes.
Today, we celebrate this living Wonder and everything that calls it home.
