The Natural 7 Wonders of Argentina celebrate their first anniversary with a contest
Last May 7th was the first anniversary since the consecration of the Natural 7 Wonders of Argentina, chosen in 2019 by more than 1 million people across the country. To celebrate it, the Visit7Mar Promotion Program launched a contest to visit the Wonders, which within one day already had more than 4,500 participants.
The Natural 7 Wonders of Argentina are part of the program launched by the New 7 Wonders foundation, the Official National 7 Wonders. This initiative is intended for those nations that want to honour their own national sites and areas whilst also growing and supporting national tourism, learning and discovery.
The campaign was organized by the 7MAR team, and had the participation of more than a million Argentines who chose with their votes the Natural 7 Wonders of Argentina. The natural icons of the country are: the Salinas Grandes, in Jujuy; the Talampaya National Park, in La Rioja; the Misiones Forest, in Misiones; the Nahuel Huapi National Park, in Río Negro and Neuquén; the Perito Moreno Glacier, in Santa Cruz; the Mina Clavero River, in Córdoba and the Bañado La Estrella flooded plain, in Formosa.
As a celebration, the Visit7Mar Promotion Program started a contest that will have seven stays prizes for four people in these wonderful destinations once the mandatory quarantine in Argentina has ended. The winners will be announced on September 21, and they will have a year to enjoy this wonderful experience in contact with the best of nature and the fresh air of Argentina.
The contest was launched the same day of the anniversary, and within a few hours it already had more than 4,500 participants who want to earn a stay in these wonderful destinations.
To participate, contestants need to register on a short form. To increase their chances, they are invited to share a photo of a favorite natural landscape in Argentina and tag Visit 7 Mar on social networks.
