Using big data, local authorities discovered that Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak was the most visited attraction by car in 2021 in Jeju Island, one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
The discovery was made by the Big data analysis firm TDI and the Jeju Tourism Organization using information from the driving navigation platform T-map from January to December 2021.
The report showed that Seongsan Ilchulbong was the most visited with 323,147 car visits last year and was followed by Udo Island with 231,584 cars, Saryeoni Forest Path with 171,093 cars, Manjanggul Cave with 78,654 cars and Bijarim Forest with 71,462 cars.
