With an extraordinary flow of more than 8,000 cubic meters per second, the Iguazú Falls – one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature in the world – offer a unique experience for visitors.

The city of Puerto Iguazú (Argentina) once again shows all the strength and beauty of one of the most impressive natural spectacles on the planet. With a flow rate that reaches 8,300 cubic meters per second, the Iguazú Falls unfolds a shocking postcard, which excites and shakes those who visit it.

Through the Upper and Lower circuits of the Iguazú National Park, thousands of tourists enjoy the proximity to the jumps, the deafening sound of water and the energy of a nature that is expressed in all its magnitude. Each tour offers unique perspectives of this natural treasure, recognized worldwide, and makes the visit an unforgettable experience.

The Jungle Ecological Train completes this adventure, moving visitors through the lush vegetation and connecting the different sectors of the park, the trails, the interpretation centers and the service spaces. The experience invites you to discover not only the greatness of the Falls, but also the richness of the missionary jungle.

The destination has more than 15,000 accommodation places, with alternatives for all tastes and budgets. This adds to the wide gastronomic offer that combines regional flavors and international cuisine.

When the sun goes down, the city also unfolds its charm. The pedestrian streets, restaurants, bars and breweries offer spaces to share, enjoy the gastronomy and live the night of Iguazú, extending the tourist experience beyond the natural tours.

In this context, the president of ITUREM- Leopoldo Lucas- highlighted the tourist movement that the destination registers and pointed out that almost 100,000 visitors toured the Iguazú National Park during the month of October, while so far this year there have already exceeded 1,200,000 visitors.

“The Iguazú Falls give us an impressive show, and Iguazú has much more to offer. We are prepared to receive tourists with nature, gastronomy, accommodation, activities, events and a city that lives tourism every day of the year,” Lucas said.

And he added that from ITUREM the promotion of the destination and the articulated work with the private sector continues to be strengthened, with the aim of consolidating Puerto Iguazú as an active tourist proposal during the four seasons, “because we understand that behind each visitor there is work and opportunities for our people. And we know that tourists who live the experience offered by the Iguazú Falls, will always want to return to this place where the energy of the jungle is reflected in every step of the route.”
